Derleme şunları kapsar: veto kayıtlarının seçimi, düzeni ve yapısı; düzeltme dosyası ve gerekçeleri; konu
atamaları, Türkçe gündem başlıkları ve çevirileri; açık veri dosyaları (web/veri/); metodoloji metinleri ve sayfa
metinleri; paylaşım kartları ve önizleme görseli.

Aşağıdakiler bu lisansın dışındadır; her biri kendi lisans ve koşullarına tabidir:

1. Alıntılar. Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan'ın BM Genel Kurulu konuşmalarından alıntılar ve "Daha Adil Bir
   Dünya Mümkün" kitabından (Turkuvaz Kitap, 2021) ve kitabın İngilizce baskısından ("A Fairer World is Possible",
   Turkuvaz Kitap, 2021) alıntılar. Atlasta künyeleriyle, değiştirilmeden yer alırlar.
2. Nüfus verisi. BM Ekonomik ve Sosyal İşler Dairesi Nüfus Bölümü, World Population Prospects 2024 (WPP 2024);
   UN DESA'nın koşulları, CC BY 3.0 IGO.
3. Oy dağılımları. Sievers ve Daws, The Procedure of the UN Security Council, Tablo 4'ten alınan oy dağılımları;

5. Birleşmiş Milletler belgeleri. Toplantı kayıtları (S/PV, A/PV), karar taslakları, kararlar ve BM Dag Hammarskjöld
   Kütüphanesi'nin (DHL) veto listesi; BM'nin kendi kullanım koşullarına tabidir. Atlas bu belgelere belge simgesi ve
   bağlantıyla atıf yapar.
6. Test kesiti. tests/fixtures/veto_ornek.html, DHL veto listesi sayfasından alınmış 13 satırlık bir test kesitidir;
   yalnızca ayrıştırıcının testleri için kullanılır ve DHL sayfasının koşullarına tabidir.

The atlas's own compilation is released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence

The compilation covers: the selection, arrangement and structure of the veto records; the corrections file and its
reasons; topic assignments, Turkish agenda titles and translations; the open data files (web/veri/); the methodology
texts and page texts; the share cards and the preview image.

The following are outside this licence; each remains subject to its own licence and terms:

1. Quotations. Quotations from President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's speeches to the UN General Assembly and from the
   book "A Fairer World is Possible" (Turkuvaz Kitap, 2021; Turkish original: "Daha Adil Bir Dünya Mümkün",
   Turkuvaz Kitap, 2021), in its English and Turkish editions. They appear in the atlas unaltered, with their
   citations.
2. Population data. UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs, Population Division, World Population Prospects
   2024 (WPP 2024); UN DESA's terms, CC BY 3.0 IGO.
3. Vote breakdowns. Vote breakdowns taken from Sievers and Daws, The Procedure of the UN Security Council, Table 4;
   the source's terms.
4. Fonts. Source Serif 4 and Source Sans 3 (web/fonts/); SIL Open Font License 1.1 (web/fonts/OFL-*.txt).
5. United Nations documents. Meeting records (S/PV, A/PV), draft resolutions, resolutions and the veto list of the
   UN Dag Hammarskjöld Library (DHL); subject to the UN's own terms of use. The atlas refers to these documents by
   document symbol and link.
6. Test excerpt. tests/fixtures/veto_ornek.html is a 13-row test excerpt taken from the DHL veto list page; it is used
   only for the parser tests and is subject to the terms of the DHL page.
